Working Principle
1, Feeding--Brown rice enters the whitening chamber through the feed port, tangential feed reduces broken rice
2,Grinding & Whitening---Roller rotates at high speed, sand/iron roller grinds brown rice surface to remove bran layer
3, Air-jet Cooling----Air-jet system blows cold air into the chamber, reducing rice temperature and broken grains
4,Bran Separation---Negative pressure fan extracts bran from the chamber through the bran suction port
5,Product Discharge---Whitened rice discharges from the outlet with less bran and smooth surface
